The site

The site is located on the southern side of Roman Rise and on the western edge of the Central Hill Estate. The site currently comprises a four storey block containing 7 units for temporary accommodation. An area of green space, garaging and hardstanding is also within the site boundary.

New homes

The proposals for Roman Rise project include 31 much-needed new homes to the local area. 100% of these new homes will be affordable with 70% at Council Level rent, and 30% shared ownership. The homes will vary in size between 1 and 3 bedrooms.
